Simon designed and oversaw the build of our home renovation - we were very happy with the process and thrilled with the end result. His design - adding a second storey, expanding the living area downstairs, and making a number of other changes - cleverly used the available space and was in keeping with
the style of the house. And importantly, it was within our budget. During the build, Simon provided strong, calm support, offering practical solutions to ensure we stayed on track. We were very happy with our experience and highly recommend Simon.

I have worked with Simon Waters on a number of building projects in recent years. Our first collaboration was the design and building of a large commercial development and more recently, a holiday home and a significant redevelopment of two luxury apartments.

Selecting a suitable architect can be a daunting process. Many practitioners are “set in their ways” with respect to the design process and have little knowledge of the practicality of their designs. I cannot speak more highly of Simon’s suitability as a partner on all of our projects.

Simon is a good listener. He always spends the time to listen to and discuss our requirements.

His design proposals are highly appealing visually and take into account the practical requirements of each project.
